Ingredients: Single-varietal Tuscan grappa, obtained through continuous distillation of pomace derived from the pressing of grapes used for the production of Chianti wine.
This grappa is then aged in oak barrels.
Aging: Aged for 18 months and 1 day, the minimum period required by law to qualify for the Riserva designation.
Appearance: Deep, persistent amber color, with reflections tending toward brown.
Taste: Tannic with a very delicate flavor; smooth, pleasant, velvety, and highly aromatic.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
