The Bocelli Since 1831 stopper represents the maximum evolution of the accessory for preserving the precious characteristics of sparkling wines and wines over time. Laboratory data certifies that thanks to the Brevetti WAF stopper the internal pressure of a bottle of sparkling wine remains almost unchanged for 72 hours at a constant temperature. The fixing bracket has been designed to counteract the vertical thrust that the stopper receives and therefore guarantees the seal.
